The Melbourne Bulldogs basketball team scored 63 points and restricted the visiting Eau Gallie Commodores to 27 in the Bulldogs non-league victory on Monday.
The Bulldogs now sport a 9-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Treasure Coast for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 23. Melbourne will battle a Titans team coming off a 59-40 league loss to Centennial (Port St. Lucie, FL). The Titans record now stands at 9-1.
The Commodores (2-2) will now prepare for their contest against Merritt Island (Merritt Island, FL). The Mustangs come into the contest with a 3-3 record. In their last contest, Merritt Island triumphed over Edgewood (Merritt Island, FL), 63-39, in a league contest.
