Bad Axe Hatchets (Bad Axe, MI) boosters left the game satisfied Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the host Vassar Vulcans (Vassar, MI), 73-61 in a league match.

With the victory, Bad Axe upgrades its record to 10-3 on the year.
