The Woodstock Blue Streaks (Woodstock, IL) basketball edged the host Johnsburg Skyhawks (Johnsburg, IL), 61-57 in Wednesday's league bout.
The Blue Streaks now possess a 13-9 record. They play next when they host Woodstock North for a Kishwaukee River bout on Saturday, January 25. Woodstock will play a Thunder team coming off a 53-37 league loss to Sandwich (Sandwich, IL). The Thunder record now stands at 2-13.
With the loss, Johnsburg falls to 9-11 on the campaign. The Skyhawks travel to Harvard (Harvard, IL) to play the Hornets in a Kishwaukee River bout on Saturday, January 25. The Hornets go into the bout with a record of 2-11.
