Colorado High School Basketball - Lutheran nips Palmer Ridge

January 22, 2025: Parker, CO 80134

In Wednesday's league contest, the host Lutheran Lions basketball team scored a close 61-59 win over the Palmer Ridge Bears.

The Lions (12-2) will now prepare for their contest against Discovery Canyon (Colorado Springs, CO). The Thunder come into the 5A/4A Pikes Peak contest with a 12-1 record. In their last contest, Discovery Canyon edged Air Academy (US Air Force Academy, CO), 67-56, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Bears battle the Lewis-Palmer Rangers (Monument, CO) in a 5A/4A Pikes Peak contest, on Friday, January 24. Palmer Ridge will attempt to better on its 5-7 season record. The Rangers come into the contest with a 5-7 record after their 74-64 league loss to Cheyenne Mountain (Colorado Springs, CO).
