California High School Basketball - Torres can't hold off Madera South

The Madera South Stallions nipped the host Torres Toros basketball squad by a final score of 70-64 in Wednesday's league challenge.
The Stallions (16-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Justin Garza (Fresno, CA). The Guardians come into the North Yosemite challenge with a 15-6 record. In their last challenge, Justin Garza edged Sanger West (Fresno, CA), 85-47, in a league challenge.
In their next game, the Toros battle the Madera Coyotes (Madera, CA) in a North Yosemite challenge, on Friday, January 24. Torres will attempt to better on its 9-11 season record. The Coyotes come into the challenge with a 11-11 record after their 48-43 league win over McLane (Fresno, CA).
