The Western Christian Pioneers basketball team scored 75 points and limited the host Delphian Dragons to 17 in the Pioneers league triumph on Wednesday.

The Pioneers now possess a 13-2 record. They play next when they host Salem Academy for a 2A Tri-River game on Saturday, January 25. Western Christian will confront a Crusaders team coming off a 62-25 league win over Kennedy (Mt. Angel, OR). The Crusaders record now stands at 14-2.

With the loss, Delphian falls to 1-8 on the campaign. The Dragons travel to Regis (Stayton, OR) to confront the Rams in a 2A Tri-River game on Friday, January 24. The Rams go into the game with a record of 6-10. Regis won 62-13 in their recent league game against Chemawa Indian (Salem, OR)
