Delaware High School Basketball - McKean thwarts Glasgow

January 22, 2025: Wilmington, DE 19808

The crowd at Wednesday's league challenge between the McKean Highlanders (Wilmington, DE) and the visiting Glasgow Dragons (Newark, DE), observed McKean's basketball team knock off Glasgow by a score of 53-37.

The Highlanders (2-9) will now prepare for their challenge against Odessa (Townsend, DE). The Ducks come into the non-league challenge with a 1-9 record. In their last challenge, Odessa was knocked off by St. Georges Tech (Middletown, DE), 54-18, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Dragons encounter the ASPIRA Charter Wolves (Newark, DE) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, January 24. Glasgow will attempt to improve on its 2-13 season record.
