Washington High School Basketball - Juanita nips Liberty

The crowd at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the Juanita Ravens (Kirkland, WA) and the visiting Liberty Patriots (Issaquah, WA), saw Juanita's basketball team nip Liberty by a tally of 60-54.
The Ravens now possess a 6-10 record. They play next when they travel to Lake Washington for a 4A KingCo bout on Saturday, January 25. Juanita will play a Kangaroos team coming off a 78-53 non-league win over Mercer Island (Mercer Island, WA). The Kangaroos record now stands at 15-3.
With the loss, Liberty falls to 10-5 on the campaign. The Patriots host Sultan (Sultan, WA) to play the Turks in a non-league bout on Thursday, January 23. The Turks go into the bout with a record of 9-6. Sultan won 41-38 in their recent non-league bout against Mount Vernon Christian (Mount Vernon, WA)
