The Mariners (3-10) will now prepare for their challenge against Southwest SD (San Diego, CA). The Raiders come into the Pacific challenge with a 10-7 record. In their last challenge, Southwest SD dropped by Crawford (San Diego, CA), 53-43, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Cougars encounter the Sweetwater Red Devils (National City, CA) in a Pacific challenge, on Friday, January 24. San Ysidro will attempt to improve on its 2-15 season record. The Red Devils come into the challenge with a 3-9 record after their 40-35 league loss to Castle Park (Chula Vista, CA).
