The Bishop Manogue Miners (Reno, NV) basketball edged the host Douglas Tigers (Minden, NV), 47-42 in Wednesday's league bout.
The Miners now possess a 13-8 record. They play next when they host McQueen for a bout on Friday, January 24. Bishop Manogue will play a Lancers team coming off a 41-37 league loss to Galena (Reno, NV). The Lancers record now stands at 7-13.
