The Granite Hills Cougars soccer squad scored 4 points and held the visiting Barstow Aztecs to 0 in the Cougars league victory on Wednesday.
The Cougars now hold a 11-5 record. They play next when they host Silverado for a Desert Sky bout on Friday, January 24. Granite Hills will play a Hawks squad coming off a 6-0 league loss to Victor Valley (Victorville, CA). The Hawks record now stands at 3-13.
With the loss, Barstow moves to 9-9 on the year. The Aztecs host Adelanto (Adelanto, CA) to play the Saints in a Desert Sky bout on Friday, January 24. The Saints go into the bout with a record of 12-2. Adelanto won 3-1 in their recent league bout against Victor Valley (Victorville, CA)
