Fans at Wednesday's league battle between the Kennedy Eagles (Richmond, CA) and the host Vallejo Redhawks (Vallejo, CA), saw Kennedy's soccer squad triumph over Vallejo by a count of 8-1.

The Eagles (7-2) will now prepare for their battle against Swett (Crockett, CA). The Warriors enter the TCAL- Stone battle with a 0-11 record. In their last battle, Swett was overwhelmed by Hercules (Hercules, CA), 3-2, in a league battle.

Next up, the Redhawks battle the St. Patrick-St. Vincent Bruins (Vallejo, CA) in a battle, on Thursday, January 23. Vallejo will attempt to upgrade on its 1-7 season record. The Bruins enter the battle with a 2-5 record after their 1-0 league loss to Salesian College Preparatory (Richmond, CA).
