The Evergreen Valley Cougars basketball team scored 49 points and limited the visiting Ann Sobrato Bulldogs to 42 in the Cougars league triumph on Wednesday.

The Cougars now have a 12-3 record. They play next when they travel to Mt. Pleasant for a game on Friday, January 24.

With the loss, Ann Sobrato falls to 10-7 on the campaign. The Bulldogs host Live Oak (Morgan Hill, CA) to confront the Acorns in a game on Friday, January 24. The Acorns go into the game with a record of 8-5. Live Oak won 70-31 in their recent league game against Oak Grove (San Jose, CA)
