The Raiders (5-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Dan River (Ringgold, VA). The Wildcats come into the non-league challenge with a 4-5 record. In their last challenge, Dan River dropped by Bassett (Bassett, VA), 42-35, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Dukes battle the Amelia County Raiders (Amelia Court House, VA) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, January 24. Cumberland will attempt to improve on its 5-5 season record. The Raiders come into the challenge with a 2-5 record after their 52-19 non-league loss to Prince Edward County (Farmville, VA).
