The crowd at Wednesday's league challenge between the West Henderson Falcons (Hendersonville, NC) and the visiting North Henderson Knights (Hendersonville, NC), observed West Henderson's basketball team overwhelm North Henderson by a score of 69-45.

The Falcons (8-8) will now prepare for their challenge against East Henderson (East Flat Rock, NC). The Eagles come into the challenge with a 6-10 record. In their last challenge, East Henderson was routed by Franklin (Franklin, NC), 47-30, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Knights encounter the Smoky Mountain Mustangs (Sylva, NC) in a challenge, on Friday, January 24. North Henderson will attempt to improve on its 9-7 season record. The Mustangs come into the challenge with a 6-8 record after their 52-33 league loss to Pisgah (Canton, NC).
