In Wednesday's league contest, the visiting Sierra Pacific Golden Bears basketball team scored a big 58-34 win over the Selma Bears.
The Golden Bears (8-3) will now prepare for their contest against Hanford West (Hanford, CA). The Huskies come into the contest with a 0-2 record. In their last contest, Hanford West was trounced by Sanger West (Fresno, CA), 58-31, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Bears battle the Kingsburg Vikings (Kingsburg, CA) in a contest, on Friday, January 24. Selma will attempt to better on its 0-2 season record. The Vikings come into the contest with a 13-5 record after their 50-40 league win over Central Valley Christian (Visalia, CA).
