In Monday's league outing, the Madison Marlins (Houston, TX) basketball squad overwhelmed the host Austin Mustangs (Houston, TX), by a count of 101-56.
The Marlins (18-6) will now prepare for their outing against Milby (Houston, TX). The Buffs go into the 5A Region III District 19 outing with a 14-10 record. In their last outing, Milby smashed Wisdom (Houston, TX), 63-36, in a league outing.
The Mustangs now hold a 4-13 record. They play next when they host Sharpstown for a 5A Region III District 19 outing on Saturday, February 4.
