California High School Basketball - Bell knocked off by South Gate

The South Gate Rams basketball team scored 58 points and held the host Bell Eagles to 40 in the Rams league triumph on Monday.
The Rams now sport a 13-11 record. They put it on the line next when they host Legacy for a Eastern contest on Wednesday, January 25. South Gate will battle a Tigers team coming off a 54-52 league win over Garfield (Los Angeles, CA). The Tigers record now stands at 12-5.
The Eagles (4-17) will now prepare for their contest against Roosevelt (Los Angeles, CA). The Rough Riders enter the Eastern contest with a 9-13 record. In their last contest, Roosevelt ran past Huntington Park (Huntington Park, CA), 62-40, in a league contest.
