The Bluff City Gray Wolves basketball team (Memphis, TN), was nudged 57-51 in Monday's non-league battle with the host Memphis Academy of Science and Engineering Phoenix (Memphis, TN)
The Phoenix now possess a 15-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Middle College for a 1A District 15 battle on Tuesday, January 31. Memphis Academy of Science and Engineering will confront a Bulldogs team coming off a 62-20 league win over Soulsville (Memphis, TN). The Bulldogs record now stands at 14-5.
The Gray Wolves (11-6) will now prepare for their battle against King Prep (Memphis, TN). The Rams come into the non-league battle with a 7-6 record. In their last battle, King Prep was nudged by Douglass (Memphis, TN), 83-30, in a league battle.
