Pickford Panthers (Pickford, MI) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Cedarville Trojans (Cedarville, MI), 60-32 in a league bout.

With the win, Pickford upgrades its record to 5-4 on the season. The Panthers travel to St.Ignace (St. Ignace, MI) to play the Saints in a non-league bout on Wednesday, January 25. The Saints go into the bout with a record of 7-2. St.Ignace won 77-50 in their recent league bout against Newberry (Newberry, MI)

Next up, the Trojans play the Engadine Eagles (Engadine, MI) in a Eastern Upper Peninsula bout, on Friday, January 27. Cedarville will attempt to upgrade on its 3-7 season record. The Eagles go into the bout with a 0-9 record after their 67-23 non-league loss to Munising (Munising, MI).
