The Varnado Wildcats basketball team (Angie, LA), was nudged 56-52 in Monday's league battle with the visiting Cohen Green Hornets (New Orleans, LA)
The Green Hornets now possess a 4-12 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Abramson for a non-league battle on Tuesday, January 24.
The Wildcats (1-13) will now prepare for their battle against Thrive Academy (Baton Rouge, LA). The Bulldogs come into the non-league battle with a 1-4 record. In their last battle, Thrive Academy was nudged by Ascension Catholic (Donaldsonville, LA), 71-45, in a non-league battle.
