California High School Basketball - Taft fells Delano

Taft Wildcats (Taft, CA) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Delano Tigers (Delano, CA), 55-35 in a league bout.

With the win, Taft upgrades its record to 7-12 on the season. The Wildcats host Kennedy (Delano, CA) to clash with the Thunderbirds in a South Sequoia bout on Wednesday, January 25. The Thunderbirds go into the bout with a record of 15-7. Kennedy lost 86-72 in their recent league bout against Chavez (Delano, CA)

Next up, the Tigers clash with the Kennedy Thunderbirds (Delano, CA) in a South Sequoia bout, on Friday, January 27. Delano will attempt to upgrade on its 5-17 season record. The Thunderbirds go into the game with a 16-7 record after their 67-63 league win over Taft (Taft, CA).
