Heritage Academy Heroes (Mesa, AZ) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Eduprize Eagles (Gilbert, AZ), 57-39 in a league bout.

With the win, Heritage Academy upgrades its record to 11-0 on the season. The Heroes travel to Imagine Prep (Surprise, AZ) to play the Storm in a Canyon Division 3 - Mountain bout on Thursday, January 26. The Storm go into the bout with a record of 12-0. Imagine Prep won 64-37 in their recent league bout against Dream City Christian (Glendale, AZ)

In their next game, the Eagles face the BASIS - Chandler Bobcats (Chandler, AZ) in a non-league game, on Friday, January 27. Eduprize will attempt to move on its 6-4 season record. The Bobcats enter the game with a 5-6 record after their 60-33 non-league win over ASU Prep (Phoenix, AZ).
