The Missisquoi Valley Thunderbirds basketball team scored 57 points and held the visiting Enosburg Falls Hornets to 54 in the Thunderbirds non-league triumph on Monday.
The Thunderbirds now sport a 4-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Enosburg Falls for a Mountain contest on Tuesday, January 24. Missisquoi Valley will battle a Hornets team coming off a 57-54 non-league loss to Missisquoi Valley (Swanton, VT). The Hornets record now stands at 3-5.
The Hornets (3-5) will now prepare for their contest against Missisquoi Valley (Swanton, VT). The Thunderbirds enter the Lake contest with a 4-9 record. In their last contest, Missisquoi Valley nudged Enosburg Falls (Enosburg Falls, VT), 57-54, in a non-league contest.
