In Monday's non-league outing, the Families Instructing Students HomeSchool Hawks (Brandon, FL) basketball squad overwhelmed the host Geneva Classical Academy Knights (Lakeland, FL), by a margin of 53-32.
The Hawks (4-15) will now prepare for their outing against Gulf Coast HEAT (Sarasota, FL). The go into the non-league outing with a 7-8 record. In their last outing, Gulf Coast HEAT was trounced by Foundation Christian Academy (Valrico, FL), 72-65, in a non-league outing.
The Knights now own a 2-5 record. They play next when they travel to Classical Christian School for the Arts for a Central Florida outing on Friday, January 27. Geneva Classical Academy will clash with a Knights squad coming off a 51-41 league win over Candlelight Christian Academy (Lake Wales, FL). The Knights record now stands at 3-4.
