Fisher Bunnies (Fisher, IL) backers were pleased Monday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Tri-Point Chargers (Cullom, IL), 69-31 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Fisher upgrades its record to 3-15 on the campaign. The Bunnies host Heyworth (Heyworth, IL) to play the Hornets in a Heart of Illinois bout on Friday, January 27. The Hornets come into the bout with a record of 15-8. Heyworth won 41-40 in their recent league bout against El Paso-Gridley (El Paso, IL)

Next up, the Chargers play the Flanagan-Cornell Falcons (Flanagan, IL) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 24. Tri-Point will attempt to upgrade on its 0-21 season record. The Falcons come into the bout with a 8-12 record after their 62-36 non-league loss to Ridgeview (Colfax, IL).
