The Patriots now sport a 16-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to White Deer for a 1A Region I District 2 battle on Friday, January 27. Valley will battle a Bucks team coming off a 39-34 league loss to Claude (Claude, TX). The Bucks record now stands at 2-18.
The Owls (10-8) will now prepare for their battle against Silverton (Silverton, TX). The Owls come into the 1A Region I District 2 battle with a 12-9 record. In their last battle, Silverton trounced Groom (Groom, TX), 50-46, in a league battle.
