Fans at Monday's league challenge between the John Paul II Guardians (New Braunfels, TX) and the host John Paul II Centurions (Corpus Christi, TX), saw John Paul II's basketball squad wallop John Paul II by a count of 73-42.
With the victory, John Paul II upgrades its record to 12-15 on the campaign. The Guardians host Texas School for the Deaf (Austin, TX) to play the Rangers in a TAPPS 4A District 3 challenge on Wednesday, January 25. The Rangers come into the challenge with a record of 3-14. Texas School for the Deaf lost 69-24 in their recent league challenge against Holy Cross (San Antonio, TX)
