West Morris Central Wolfpack (Chester, NJ) backers were pleased Monday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the visiting Morristown Colonials (Morristown, NJ), 54-48 in a league bout.

With the victory, West Morris Central upgrades its record to 14-2 on the campaign. The Wolfpack travel to Randolph (Randolph, NJ) to play the Rams in a Northwest Jersey - American bout on Wednesday, January 25. The Rams come into the bout with a record of 5-11. Randolph lost 57-36 in their recent non-league bout against Morris Knolls (Rockaway, NJ)

Next up, the Colonials play the Sparta Spartans (Sparta, NJ) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, January 25. Morristown will attempt to upgrade on its 6-7 season record. The Spartans come into the bout with a 8-6 record after their 56-54 non-league loss to Delbarton (Morristown, NJ).
