With the victory, Pepperell upgrades its record to 8-11 on the campaign. The Dragons travel to Trion (Trion, GA) to play the Bulldogs in a A D1 Region 7 challenge on Tuesday, January 24. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a record of 10-7. Trion won 61-50 in their recent non-league challenge against Gordon Lee (Chickamauga, GA)

Next up, the Lions play the Shiloh Hills Christian Challengers (Kennesaw, GA) in a GAPPS - I-AA Region 1 challenge, on Friday, January 27. Unity Christian will attempt to upgrade on its 7-12 season record. The Challengers come into the challenge with a 5-8 record after their 67-62 league loss to Excel Christian Academy (Cartersville, GA).
