Douglas Tigers (Minden, NV) backers were pleased Monday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host Reed Raiders (Sparks, NV), 61-51 in a league bout.

With the victory, Douglas upgrades its record to 11-4 on the campaign. The Tigers host McQueen (Reno, NV) to play the Lancers in a bout on Saturday, January 28. The Lancers come into the bout with a record of 0-10.

Next up, the Raiders play the Damonte Ranch Mustangs (Reno, NV) in a bout, on Thursday, January 26. Reed will attempt to upgrade on its 11-7 season record. The Mustangs come into the bout with a 10-7 record after their 56-46 league loss to Spanish Springs (Sparks, NV).
