Fans at Monday's league challenge between the Archbishop Chapelle Chipmunks (Metairie, LA) and the visiting Edna Karr Cougars (New Orleans, LA), saw Archbishop Chapelle's basketball squad knock off Edna Karr by a tally of 44-26.

With the victory, Archbishop Chapelle improves its record to 15-8 on the campaign. The Chipmunks travel to Mt. Carmel (New Orleans, LA) to play the Cubs in a 5A District 9 challenge on Thursday, January 26. The Cubs come into the challenge with a record of 14-7.

Next up, the Cougars play the University Lab Cubs (Baton Rouge, LA) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, January 27. Edna Karr will attempt to improve on its 5-8 season record.
