In Monday's non-league outing, the Carolina Christian Lions (Locust, NC) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Christ Classical Academy Bobcats (Charlotte, NC), by a margin of 45-18.
The Lions (8-7) will now prepare for their outing against Westminster Catawba Christian (Rock Hill, SC). The Indians go into the non-league outing with a 6-13 record. In their last outing, Westminster Catawba Christian was trounced by Hickory Grove Christian (Charlotte, NC), 49-27, in a league outing.
The Bobcats now own a 1-8 record. They play next when they host Cabarrus Charter for a non-league outing on Wednesday, January 25. Christ Classical Academy will clash with a Huskies squad coming off a 45-13 non-league loss to Jackson Day (Charlotte, NC). The Huskies record now stands at 0-14.
