The Ceres Bulldogs basketball team (Ceres, CA), was overwhelmed 62-29 in Monday's league battle with the host Lathrop Spartans (Lathrop, CA)
The Spartans now possess a 15-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Pacheco for a Western Athletic Conference battle on Tuesday, January 24. Lathrop will confront a Panthers team coming off a 43-38 league win over Johansen (Modesto, CA). The Panthers record now stands at 14-8.
The Bulldogs (4-16) will now prepare for their battle against Pacheco (Los Banos, CA). The Panthers come into the Western Athletic Conference battle with a 14-9 record. In their last battle, Pacheco was overwhelmed by Lathrop (Lathrop, CA), 42-29, in a league battle.
