The Chazy Eagles basketball team scored 42 points and held the visiting Keene Central Beavers to 29 in the Eagles league triumph on Monday.

The Eagles now sport a 3-7 record. They play next when they travel to Johnsburg Central for a Section 7 Mountain and Valley II bout on Thursday, January 26.

Next up, the Beavers play the Seton Catholic Central Knights (Plattsburgh, NY) in a Section 7 Mountain and Valley II bout, on Wednesday, January 25. Keene Central will attempt to upgrade on its 5-6 season record. The Knights come into the bout with a 9-5 record after their 41-24 non-league win over Northern Adirondack (Ellenburg Depot, NY).
