Delhi Charter Gators (Delhi, LA) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Delhi Bears (Delhi, LA), 60-57 in a league bout.

With the win, Delhi Charter upgrades its record to 7-12 on the season. The Gators host Tensas (St. Joseph, LA) to confront the Panthers in a 1A District 4 challenge on Tuesday, January 24. The Panthers come into the challenge with a record of 1-8. Tensas lost 72-25 in their recent league challenge against Delta Charter (Ferriday, LA)

Next up, the Bears confront the Delta Charter Storm (Ferriday, LA) in a 1A District 4 challenge, on Monday, January 23. Delhi will attempt to improve on its 2-10 season record. The Storm come into the challenge with a 13-9 record after their 55-12 league win over Block (Jonesville, LA).
