The East Buchanan Bulldogs basketball team scored 58 points and held the visiting Penney Hornets to 9 in the Bulldogs non-league triumph on Monday.
The Bulldogs now sport a 10-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to East Atchison [Tarkio/Fairfax] for a non-league contest on Thursday, January 26. East Buchanan will battle a team coming off a 66-53 non-league win over Gallatin (Gallatin, MO). The record now stands at 8-2.
The Hornets (1-12) will now prepare for their contest against Gallatin (Gallatin, MO). The Bulldogs enter the non-league contest with a 7-9 record. In their last contest, Gallatin was routed by East Atchison [Tarkio/Fairfax] (Tarkio, MO), 66-53, in a non-league contest.
