Wisconsin High School Basketball - Stevens Point can't hold off Eau Claire Memorial

The Eau Claire Memorial Old Abes basketball team scored 59 points and held the visiting Stevens Point Panthers to 55 in the Old Abes non-league triumph on Monday.

The Old Abes now sport a 11-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host River Falls for a Big Rivers contest on Friday, January 27.

The Panthers (10-6) will now prepare for their contest against Wausau West (Wausau, WI). The Warriors enter the Wisconsin Valley contest with a 11-6 record. In their last contest, Wausau West nudged Merrill (Merrill, WI), 51-38, in a league contest.
