Greater Nanticoke Area Trojans (Nanticoke, PA) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host MMI Preparatory School (Freeland, PA), 51-1 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Greater Nanticoke Area upgrades its record to 6-3 on the season. The Trojans travel to Hanover Area (Hanover Township, PA) to play the Hawkeyes in a non-league bout on Thursday, January 26. The Hawkeyes go into the bout with a record of 2-12. Hanover Area lost 59-22 in their recent league bout against Wyoming Seminary College Prep (Kingston, PA)

Next up, the play the Holy Redeemer Royals (Wilkes-Barre, PA) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, January 26. MMI Preparatory School will attempt to upgrade on its 0-14 season record. The Royals go into the bout with a 10-9 record after their 59-50 league loss to Lake-Lehman (Lehman, PA).
