Illinois High School Basketball - Morrison trounces Riverdale

The Morrison Mustangs (Morrison, IL) basketball crushed the visiting Riverdale Rams (Port Byron, IL), 69-36 in Monday's league test.
The Mustangs (18-7) will now prepare for their test against Erie-Prophetstown (Erie, IL). The Panthers go into the Three Rivers - West test with a 10-12 record. In their last test, Erie-Prophetstown walloped Orion (Orion, IL), 41-39, in a league test.
The Rams now own a 5-17 record. They play next when they travel to Sherrard for a Three Rivers - West test on Thursday, January 26. Riverdale will encounter a Tigers squad coming off a 66-20 league win over Rockridge (Taylor Ridge, IL). The Tigers record now stands at 15-5.
