Fans at Monday's non-league challenge between the Centennial Hawks (Las Cruces, NM) and the visiting Gadsden Panthers (Anthony, NM), saw Centennial's basketball squad wallop Gadsden by a tally of 57-15.
With the victory, Centennial improves its record to 6-7 on the campaign. The Hawks host Hatch Valley (Hatch, NM) to confront the Bears in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, January 25. The Bears come into the challenge with a record of 0-2.
Next up, the Panthers confront the Mayfield Trojans (Las Cruces, NM) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, January 26. Gadsden will attempt to improve on its 0-3 season record. The Trojans come into the challenge with a 9-4 record after their 42-37 non-league win over Alamogordo (Alamogordo, NM).
