In Monday's league battle, the host Chaminade Eagles soccer squad scored a close 2-1 triumph over the Notre Dame (SO) Knights.
The Eagles (10-2) will now prepare for their battle against Sierra Canyon (Chatsworth, CA). The Trailblazers come into the Mission battle with a 5-6 record. In their last battle, Sierra Canyon was nudged by Harvard-Westlake (Studio City, CA), 3-0, in a league battle.
The Knights (13-2) will now prepare for their battle against Flintridge Sacred Heart (La Canada-Flintridge, CA). The Tologs come into the Mission battle with a 6-5 record. In their last battle, Flintridge Sacred Heart was nudged by Marymount (Los Angeles, CA), 4-0, in a league battle.
