In Monday's non-league battle, the host Westminster Academy Crusaders soccer squad scored a close 5-2 win over the Highland Baptist Christian Bears.
The Crusaders (9-2) will now prepare for their battle against Lafayette Christian Academy (Lafayette, LA). The Knights go into the Division IV District 4 battle with a 1-0 record.
The Bears (3-2) will now prepare for their battle against Morgan City (Morgan City, LA). The Tigers go into the non-league battle with a 2-14 record. In their last battle, Morgan City by Vandebilt Catholic (Houma, LA), 8-0, in a league battle.
