California High School Basketball - Chavez ripped by Grant

The Grant Lancers basketball team scored 71 points and held the host Chavez Eagles to 20 in the Lancers league triumph on Monday.
The Lancers now sport a 5-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Arleta for a contest on Wednesday, January 25. Grant will meet a Mustangs team coming off a 51-50 league win over Poly (Sun Valley, CA). The Mustangs record now stands at 6-9.
The Eagles (3-9) will now prepare for their contest against Monroe (North Hills, CA). The Vikings enter the contest with a 2-4 record. In their last contest, Monroe triumphed over Arleta (Arleta, CA), 41-39, in a league contest.
