Sherman Oaks CES Knights (Reseda, CA) fans were thrilled Monday as they observed their soccer team hold off the host Valley Academy of Arts & Sciences Vipers (Granada Hills, CA), 1-0 in a league challenge.

Next, the Knights confront the Vaughn White Tigers (San Fernando, CA) in a Valley challenge, on Thursday, January 26. Sherman Oaks CES will attempt to better on its 4-11 season record. The White Tigers enter the challenge with a 6-4 record after their 1-0 league loss to Northridge Academy (Northridge, CA).

The Vipers now have a 4-11 record. They take the field next when they travel to East Valley for a Valley challenge on Thursday, January 26. Valley Academy of Arts & Sciences will confront a Falcons team coming off a 1-0 league loss to Fulton (Van Nuys, CA). The Falcons record now stands at 0-11.
