A-D-M Tigers (Adel, IA) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host North Polk Comets (Alleman, IA), 56-52 in a league bout.

With the win, A-D-M upgrades its record to 11-1 on the season. The Tigers host Boone (Boone, IA) to play the Toreadors in a Raccoon River bout on Friday, January 26. The Toreadors go into the bout with a record of 3-10. Boone lost 51-29 in their recent league bout against Bondurant-Farrar (Bondurant, IA)

Next up, the Comets play the Carlisle Wildcats (Carlisle, IA) in a Raccoon River bout, on Thursday, January 25. North Polk will attempt to upgrade on its 6-10 season record. The Wildcats go into the bout with a 2-11 record after their 68-43 league loss to Ballard (Huxley, IA).
