Texas High School Basketball - Covenant Christian tipped by Allen Academy

The Allen Academy Rams basketball team scored 41 points and held the host Covenant Christian Cougars to 38 in the Rams league triumph on Tuesday.
The Rams now sport a 8-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Legacy Christian Academy for a TAPPS 2A District 6 contest on Friday, January 26. Allen Academy will meet a Warriors team coming off a 67-62 league loss to O'Connell (Galveston, TX). The Warriors record now stands at 8-9.
The Cougars (14-13) will now prepare for their contest against Grace Christian Academy (Houston, TX). The Eagles enter the TAPPS 2A District 6 contest with a 0-5 record. In their last contest, Grace Christian Academy was nudged by O'Connell (Galveston, TX), 87-37, in a league contest.
