North Carolina High School Basketball - Arendell Parrott Academy can't hold off John Paul II Catholic

The Arendell Parrott Academy Patriots basketball team (Kinston, NC), was nudged 48-47 in Tuesday's league battle with the visiting John Paul II Catholic Saints (Greenville, NC)
The Saints now sport a 6-12 record. They put it on the line next when they host Coastal Christian for a NCISAA Coastal Plain battle on Friday, January 26. John Paul II Catholic will battle a Centurions team coming off a 65-59 non-league win over Southeastern Christian Academy (Shallotte, NC). The Centurions record now stands at 13-12.
The Patriots (3-13) will now prepare for their battle against Greenfield (Wilson, NC). The Knights come into the NCISAA Coastal Plain battle with a 19-6 record. In their last battle, Greenfield was nudged by Wayne Country Day (Goldsboro, NC), 61-60, in a league battle.
