The Bunker Hill Bears basketball team (Claremont, NC), was toppled 68-57 in Tuesday's league battle with the visiting Bandys Trojans (Catawba, NC)

The Trojans now possess a 12-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host West Lincoln for a 2A Catawba Valley battle on Friday, January 26. Bandys will confront a Rebels team coming off a 61-38 league loss to Lincolnton (Lincolnton, NC). The Rebels record now stands at 3-14.

The Bears (3-13) will now prepare for their battle against Lincolnton (Lincolnton, NC). The Wolves come into the 2A Catawba Valley battle with a 15-2 record. In their last battle, Lincolnton beat West Lincoln (Lincolnton, NC), 61-38, in a league battle.
