The Baptist Prep Eagles basketball team (Little Rock, AR), was toppled 46-32 in Tuesday's league battle with the visiting Perryville Mustangs (Perryville, AR)
The Mustangs now possess a 9-13 record. They put it on the line next when they host Dover for a 3A Region 5 battle on Thursday, January 25. Perryville will confront a Pirates team coming off a 62-55 league loss to Lamar (Lamar, AR). The Pirates record now stands at 4-14.
The Eagles (1-15) will now prepare for their battle against Mayflower (Mayflower, AR). The Eagles come into the 3A Region 5 battle with a 8-11 record. In their last battle, Mayflower beat Atkins (Atkins, AR), 74-40, in a league battle.
